E-FNOL Recording

For companies and individuals who wish to record more detail, they can use our Incident Reporting service. Drivers can record all aspects of the incident on our Mobile App. This includes recording own damage, incident details and all details of any third parties involved. At the press of a button, this information would be immediately sent to your insurers, insurance broker, internal departments and your preferred suppliers. Using this service will reduce costs associated with damage caused to third party vehicles.

VEHCAM provides a simple and efficient way to handle vehicle incidents and restore normal service operation as quickly as possible, while minimizing impact to business operations and ensuring that agreed levels of service quality are maintained.

The purpose of the incident report is to document the exact details of the occurrence whilst they are fresh in the minds of those that witnessed the event. This information could be useful in the future when liaising on liability issues stemming from the incident.

An Incident Report should be completed as soon as it is safe to do so.

VEHCAM reporting systems are a management process centred around the reporting of an incident, workflows, corrective actions, risk controls, hazard reports, investigation and sign off.

A registered VEHCAM member can log an incident via the VEHCAM Mobile App available on Android and Apple Play and/or via the VEHCAM Admin Console.
